The world of hybrid working will impact businesses in some way or other, some positive and some negative.

This session looks at some of the impacts this new normal can have, recognising that the adaptability and flexibility that some businesses need to show will determine the overall results they will achieve.

After the session, you will be able to recognise some of the impacts and determine which ones are affecting you, and what you can do about them id they turn out to be negative.

By becoming aware of these impacts, you give yourself a chance to build a framework that deals with negativity and enhances the positive aspects of change.

• To redo the course after passing, you would need to reset the course.
• You won’t be awarded additional CPE if you re-take the qualified assessment after passing once.
