We identify the meaning of integrative thinking and explore how it is used to improve and empower teams. We discuss how to execute your vision by implementing visionary traits, strategic foresight and integrative thinking. Upon completion of this class, HR professionals and executives will be able to train managers and teams on strategic thinking, foresight and valuable integrative thinking approaches which will empower cohorts and teams to be more invested, productive and effective at immediate organization improvement.
