Leaders of hybrid teams have to see themselves more as support facilitators, rather than demanding and autocratic bosses. If we attempt to manage everyone in the same way we did when they are in the workplace, we run the risk of losing engagement and lowering motivation.
In this session, you will learn some of the techniques that can be used to get people to work effectively and efficiently, no matter where they are working.
When you complete it, it will give you ideas on how you can set your purpose, communicate your vision, get people to collaborate and assess what leadership style is necessary to help people bring their best selves to work, wherever they are.

- You would need to retake the course before attempting the qualified assessment again.
- To redo the course after passing, you would need to reset the course.
- You won’t be awarded additional CPE if you re-take the qualified assessment after passing once.
