Each KPI measures an aspect of how well you&rsquo;re doing on the most critical aspects of your business&rsquo;s success. A KPI dashboard is a summary report of the status of your KPIs.</p>

<p>In this course, we explain the basics and benefits of KPIs. I then walk you step-by-step on how to pick metrics and targets. Next, we&rsquo;ll show you how to monitor those metrics with an effective KPI dashboard. Finally, we&rsquo;ll outline the process for implementing KPIs at your company with tips and insights that I&rsquo;ve learned over the years.</p>
