All projects usually have schedules set aside, and this is even more important when working in a hybrid environment.

Schedules allow team members to organise the team’s workload, prioritise effectively, set expectations and share responsibilities across the team.

In this session, you will learn the fundamentals of scheduling and what they should include when working with hybrid team members. Without a schedule, you may succeed with your projects but they may take more time and lose cohesion with others in the team.

Once completed, you should be able to set your schedules effectively, so you can work with others, no matter where they are located and what time zone they are in.

• You can take it as many times as you want.
• You must have a score of 100% to pass this exam.
• You are required to complete the qualified assessment within one year of the date of purchase or enrolment.
• You must pass this exam to receive continuing education credits.
• You would need to retake the course before attempting the qualified assessment again.
• To redo the course after passing, you would need to reset the course.
• You won’t be awarded additional CPE if you re-take the qualified assessment after passing once.
