Description

This course focuses on several areas of importance to those who wish to significantly increase their skills at work and at home.  The first section, dealing with different personalities, offers several ways to look at “types” with suggestions as to how best to deal with each of these types. This is followed by a section on dealing with stress and removing unnecessary stress.  Finally, we offer a series of work-place oriented solutions.
