Description
In this course we discuss powerful methods that impact individual, team and organizational performance. We begin with a brief overview of different facilitation skills required for a trainer to be effective in guiding and directing the process of learning in both faces to face and virtual settings. This leads to a conversation about adapting the learning design to meet the needs of individual learning styles, preferences and strengths to produce positive emotional effects such as confidence, self-esteem and a sense of personal value and purpose.
Then we evaluate different trends in training intervention design including virtual reality scenario training, gamification, microlearning, dialogue, accelerated learning, agile, cooperative learning and experiential learning. This course serves to examine experiential learning methods that can help individuals and teams to achieve their goals in the most effective and constructive manner.
