Description
Accountability means taking ownership of results obtained by the team, who have the responsibility to carry out the tasks to achieve those results. Team members in a hybrid environment need to start taking that ownership, as it would be impossible for a manager to take over at all levels.
This session looks at how those accountabilities can be shared and distributed, and five key components that can make team members proactive, committed and willing to grow.
After completion, you will be able to prepare actions that will allocate accountabilities, build desire to take them on, and determine what needs to be done to achieve results in a hybrid team. If we can get our team to accept accountabilities, it frees up our time to concentrate on strategic intent and critical thinking
