Description

This course discusses current tax credits for electric vehicles, the requirements that must be met to claim the credit, the limitations to the credit and the phaseout of previous credits.

This course covers the following:

• Understand the Information Reduction Act’s influence on and additions to electric vehicle tax credits.
• Correctly calculate the credit given new requirements.
• Advise clients in their decision to take the tax credit or reduce the purchase price through the dealer based on their tax situation.
