This course gives an overview of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, focusing on how implementing these habits aids us personally as well as professionally as mangers & corporate leaders.

In this course, we will begin with an overview of culture & a discussion of what is necessary to cultivate a winning culture within a corporation. Then we will discuss the way that our paradigms (the way we see a situation) have significant impact on what we do and the results we are able to achieve. Then we will transition into talking about the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, starting with an overview of all 7 and then going into a deeper dive on how the 7 Habits provide us the tools to increase our personal and professional effectiveness. Along the way, we will watch several key videos, complete exercises that allow each person to apply these principles to their own needs, and listen to relevant discussions from a live class working its way through the exercises and activities.
