In this course, we discuss change management and organizational change practices that can improve the organization and meet the needs of the organization’s stakeholders. We start with a brief overview of relevant change practices, their strengths, and their limitations. This leads to a conversation about how to select, implement and review change practices to help facilitate sustainable organizational change. Then we explore ethical issues associated with change practices and the role of the change manager within different interventions.

This course serves to review the variety and possible variations of change practices that are aimed at organizational change.
