Welcome to this course on the Construction Design and Management Regulations, also known as the CDM Regulations. This course will cover the history and evolution of the regulations, highlighting their importance in reducing risks to workers. We’ll also cover the five key principles of CDM, the various roles involved in construction projects, and how each role contributes to maintaining health and safety. Additionally, you will learn how to identify hazards, assess risks, and apply control measures to ensure a safe working environment.

- You are required to complete the qualified assessment within one year of the date of purchase or enrolment.
- You must pass this exam to receive continuing education credits.
- You would need to retake the course before attempting the qualified assessment again.
- To redo the course after passing, you would need to reset the course.
- You won’t be awarded additional CPE if you re-take the qualified assessment after passing once.
