For team leaders, a daily briefing is an effective way to start a day. They are often carried out informally way. Team briefings are essential and bring benefits to the team. They prevent rumours spreading. They are also designed to bring teams together, discuss issues and increase productivity in the workplace. 

The team leader should focus on the performance of the team. Motivate your team members with praise. Remember, all meetings and briefings should of course be two-way. The team must actively listen as much as talk. Make it as fun as possible. 

Once the session is completed, you will be able to define team briefings, identify key points to talk about during briefings, and create actions for successful team briefings.

• You would need to retake the course before attempting the qualified assessment again.
• To redo the course after passing, you would need to reset the course.
• You won’t be awarded additional CPE if you re-take the qualified assessment after passing once.
