This course, presented by Technical Accounting, focuses on Alphabet’s accounting treatment of transactions or other events in which an acquirer obtains control of one or more businesses, i.e., business combinations. It is geared toward Googlers in Accounting and Finance. Topics in this course include:

• Allocation of an Accounting Consideration to the Balance Sheet
