Carol has more 20 years of experience that includes working for a variety of multi-billion dollar public and privately owned companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan area. During that time Carol has gained a wide breadth of knowledge in SOX Controls, managing the close process for A/R, A/P, Fixed Assets, Inventory and the General Ledger, Internal Financial Reporting, Process Improvements, and ERP Upgrades/Implementations.
Carol Earned both her Masters and Bachelors degrees from Texas A&M University – Commerce and is a member of American MENSA.
