Using Group and Human Processes to Improve Performance
In this course we discuss the role of people centered learning in intervention design. We begin with a brief overview of the theoretical frameworks and practices that utilize group and human processes to deliver accelerated learning, growth and performance. This leads to a conversation about how to facilitate the movement of groups and improve the health and effectiveness of organizations in a sustainable way. Then we evaluate a toolkit for designing training interventions that most effectively promote a significant learning experience that if assimilated would result improve team performance.
This course serves to examine how an inclusive approach and harnessing a sense of belongness can help participants to deliver dynamic and collaborative teams who deliver the performance that the organization is looking for.
