Course Access: Lifetime
Course Overview

In this course we discuss training design to shift behavior and deliver organizational performance. We begin with a brief overview of both the theoretical underpinning and practical framework of two fundamentals of intervention design; the Diagnostic Phase – understanding the nature of the situation and the issues involved and the Evaluation Phase; aligning to organizational performance objectives. This leads to a conversation about how to facilitate behavior change by using training experiences to promote and improve employee effectiveness.

Then we evaluate a structured approach that supports employees to unleash the full potential of its individual and enable an organization to achieve their strategic objectives. This course serves to examine intervention frameworks from a theory in practice perspective.
