Erin provided a nice balanced discussion regarding generational differences and how to best coach millenials. I appreciated that the training did not come across as blaming any one generation, but pointed out that understanding the generational differences will help the employee become most successful.

This course effectively reiterated many key concepts related to a multi-generational workforce. Albeit foundational, I always find something to take away and apply as a people leader. Great supporting materials align nicely with content presented.
