Erin provided a nice balanced discussion regarding generational differences and how to best coach millenials. I appreciated that the training did not come across as blaming any one generation, but pointed out that understanding the generational differences will help the employee become most successful.
Since I am Boomer, it is good to get an understanding of the generations and what they expect and need to succeed in the workplace. The information in the course gave many good ideas related to this area.
