I'd like to find a course that also covers property management / operating / leasing metrics such as occupancy, etc and/or the nuances of operating lease accounting....not sure if you can do that also or if it's out there already, but I can't seem to find it.
Over all, helpful info, there were times the power point slides were blank for too long.
Good introductory course for non-real estate professionals. Each topic could be expanded to create a 3 or 4 hour course for more experienced professionals.
Great general overview of operations of a real estate company. The instructor's voice was soothing and reminded me of a movie narrated by Morgan Freeman.
A very practical, understandable and useful course, for virtually anyone involved in their organizations' finance and other operations.
The key take away for me was the per SF break down of where OPEX should be. For example G&A on average is $.34/SF.
Good overview covering many aspects of real estate management. Extra materials provided will be useful.
