Researcher Robert Emmons states “We don’t have total control over our emotions but being grateful is a choice and can sustain us through the ups and downs of our lives.”

Grateful people are more stress resistant and have a higher sense of self-worth.  In this course, we’ll explore additional ways gratitude benefits us, identify challenges to gratitude, and develop a plan to cultivate gratitude.
