Leading Through Crisis

In this course we explore how leadership has the ability to influence individuals and groups toward a goal, and the critical resource that transformative leadership is in crisis management. This leads to a conversation about how leaders who are transformative have the power to influence behavior of individuals and groups toward positive change. Then we explore how leaders enable their organizations to navigate through preparedness, crisis containment, and then on toward post-crisis recovery and growth.

This course serves to examine how courageous and skillful leaders can develop a transformative mindset and values, leadership traits and capability to perform powerfully during a crisis.
