I liked the comparison of a manager to a leader. And also the reminder that a leader is always in a fishbowl. Telescope effect was a good way to think about things to and the difference in the way a manager thinks of a team and the other members may think of the manager differently because of the power they hold over them.

The instructor provided good framework for the key differences between what makes a manager vs a leader. Having the workbook to answer questions and perform task during the training was engaging.

Interesting but a lot of content and a little difficult to go through all of the workbook without interaction with others...probably a better course to take live vs on demand.
