The trainer's presentation covered all critical aspects developing a Balanced scorecard and its relationship with building a strategy map. His presentation was well done and I loved breakdown of 5 sections. Also, I am glad that the course includes practical tools: Strategic planning model, 18 scorecard templates and other relevant materials. I will definitely use the knowledge I learned during this course.
I was pleasantly surprised by the content of this course. The supplemental information drives home the presenter's wish to help you truly develop your own company's balanced scorecard. Having recently gone through a strategic planning process, the roadmap provided will help me guide the implementation process.
Great presentation. The presentation provided a real-life situation for creating a Balance Score Card. The templates and takeaways from this course are really great. But I wonder RACI (Slide #28) stands for Responsible, Accountable (not Approval), Consulted and Informed.
Very comprehensive approach in a condensed session. Attachments and supporting documents were very helpful and a valuable tool to use in applying the concepts. Matt was very energetic and enthusiastic as an instructor.
Though, the course is more of practical,I still expect the use of real life case study to be specific especially for a Lerner like me. I want to see how I can handle a company balance scorecard from the scratch to finish.
