The trainer's presentation covered all critical aspects developing a Balanced scorecard and its relationship with building a strategy map. His presentation was well done and I loved breakdown of 5 sections. Also, I am glad that the course includes practical tools: Strategic planning model, 18 scorecard templates and other relevant materials. I will definitely use the knowledge I learned during this course.

Great presentation. The presentation provided a real-life situation for creating a Balance Score Card. The templates and takeaways from this course are really great. But I wonder RACI (Slide #28) stands for Responsible, Accountable (not Approval), Consulted and Informed.
