
CNM Interview Competency Training
At CNM, we value your career and your success, and as part of our current 5-year strategic initiative, are expanding our employee engagement initiatives. One of those initiatives is our Interview and Recruiting process, which helps us develop and guide our people through We will be reviewing both of these processes in detail, as well as detailing our standards for interviewing and providing an opportunity to ask questions.
Whether you are a new employee or someone who has been with CNM for years, it is highly encouraged that you take this course. In this course, you receive an overview of the CNM Interviewing Process, including internal goals for a candidate interview, the recommended time breakdown for an interview, and how we set up and execute our unique interview process for each candidate.
We review the history and benefits/drawbacks to Behavioral Interviews, before introducing CNM’s Behavioral Interviewing 2.0. You learn how to question interviewees using this framework, in order to get deeper information about the candidate and their skills, and are given examples and tips on how to get the most out of a candidate interview.
