Course Overview

In this course we will discuss the four elements of Emotional Intelligence, self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management, as a key differentiator for high performance in today’s world of work, where collaboration and influence are essential.

Following a definition of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), we will explore how everyday stress and personal triggers can limit our ability to make the best decisions. Then we will examine how EQ comes into play during our interactions with others at work. We will examine specific strategies that can promote more productive relationships and close with Action Planning to apply after the course.
