Your team will go through various recognisable stages as it changes from being a group of strangers and into a cohesive and united group bonded together with a common aim.
Each stage of team development has its own recognisable feelings and behaviours; understanding why things are happening in your team can be an important part of the self-evaluation process.
The four stages are a helpful framework for recognising a team’s behavioural patterns. We have to know that Team development is not always a linear process. Having a way to identify and understand causes for change in the team behaviours can help the team maximise its processes and its productivity.
Once the session is completed, you will be able to define the meaning of stages of team development, identify the stages of team development and adapt strategies that will help in understanding each stage to become a high-functioning team.

- To redo the course after passing, you would need to reset the course.
- You won’t be awarded additional CPE if you re-take the qualified assessment after passing once.
