Every good leader needs to have two skills that drive the company or department: Commercial Awareness and Future Focus.
This session looks at how to build both of these components, so you become aware of the direction the business needs to go and how to get there. Without them, you’ll be at the mercy of your competition and those companies who have planned effectively for their future.
Once the session is complete, you’ll be able to identify the three components that support the future focus of the company, recognise what contingency plans mean and, construct future plans and forecasts by concentrating on the direction you wish to go.

Instruction before the Final Exam:
- The following exam will test your knowledge of this course.
- You can take it as many times as you want.
- You must have a score of 100% to pass this exam.
- You are required to complete the qualified assessment within one year of the date of purchase or enrolment.
- You must pass this exam to receive continuing education credits.
- You would need to retake the course before attempting the qualified assessment again.
- To redo the course after passing, you would need to reset the course.
- You won’t be awarded additional CPE if you re-take the qualified assessment after passing once.
