Operational and departmental managers require certain key attributes to run their department effectively and build their team to tap into the potential they possess. As you progress in management, these attributes become more and more vital when working with team members.

Once the session is completed, you will be able to define what is necessary for departmental success, define what qualities will best support your management progress and formulate ideas on how you can improve in certain aspects of management.

• You would need to retake the course before attempting the qualified assessment again.
• To redo the course after passing, you would need to reset the course.
• You won’t be awarded additional CPE if you re-take the qualified assessment after passing once.
