Description
Self management is important. We will not cover all factors of self-management today, instead we will focus on time management.
Time management requires you to organise and prioritise your daily actions. The objective of time management is to help us to work productively with the time we have. We need to plan well and divide our time sensibly.
There are numerous ways to help us plan, there are downloadable apps on your phone, tablet or computer that can help you. You can set alarms and reminders. Another aspect that could bring great help also is tidying your workplace, making things easier to find more quickly. Some people find that they are more productive at different times of the day. Remember, try not to get overwhelmed, no one really performs when they are tired and stressed.
Once the session is completed, you will be able to list essential steps for time management, evaluate personal time management and reflect on what values and priorities you want to spend time cultivating and how this impacts daily living.
