Description
Are you familiar with the saying “two heads are better than one?”. Two or more people thinking collaboratively will often produce better results than someone working alone. We sometimes need support and assistance from others to help us accomplish something, and that is also the reason why teams are created.
A team is a group of people that come together to achieve a common goal. But did you know that there are also different types of teams? There are different types of teams with different characteristics. However, you should always remember that whatever your type of team – the same principles apply.
Once the session is completed, you will be able to identify the different characteristics of a team and its members, evaluate your team’s progress and how to collaborate with your team successfully.
