Research has shown some of the benefits of working in a hybrid environment for employees have outweighed the disadvantages. Where businesses have allowed this to become part of the norm, they have enjoyed greater work-life balance, improved productivity and greater autonomy.
In this session, we look at some of the benefits that team members have seen, where trust has been developed between them and their managers, and the need to actually be managed has dramatically changed.
Once completed, you will be able to list the various benefits you have gained from hybrid working, and develop the skills needed to enhance performance no matter where you are working.
