You should always bear in mind that you’re an ambassador for the whole organisation, thus it is of high importance to set a good picture. 

It is important that in all ways and types of communications, we should strive to promote understanding, goodwill, and trust, moreover when communicating with others, the communication should be clear and concise, making the process complete and effective, so that the receiving person on the other end understands what has been communicated, therefore it is important that any type of communication must be geared to the needs of the recipient, not yourself.

Moreover, this means that whilst communicating, you should use appropriate language, be polite, be direct to avoid confusion, make sure the speed of communication (if relevant) isn’t inappropriate, and it is important that you don’t show frustration or negative feelings, instead, act professional, moreover, make sure you plan your communications so that you don’t clash with someone’s schedule, and plan whether your communication will be formal or informal.

If you have any doubt, seek advice and clarification, as people will be relying on you and your accuracy, as communications are the ignition to light a fire in business, so you don’t want to lose that customer by miscommunication.

• You are required to complete the qualified assessment within one year of the date of purchase or enrolment.
• You must pass this exam to receive continuing education credits.
• You would need to retake the course before attempting the qualified assessment again.
• To redo the course after passing, you would need to reset the course.
• You won’t be awarded additional CPE if you re-take the qualified assessment after passing once.
• Please fill in and submit the survey after passing final exam to get CPE and Certificate of Completion.
