Description
In this course we examine the evaluation of supply chain management from transactional information sharing to collaborative approaches. We start with a brief overview of applying PADI (pragmatic/performance, administrative, divergent/development and integration) frameworks for collaboration. This leads to a conversation about creating collaborative relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance customer service quality and develop stronger relationships between partners. Then we explore how to develop a good fit between the leadership style and business operations management.
This course serves to highlight the important role that the operations manager has in shaping the organization’s capability to manage effective supply chain collaboration and deliver competitive advantage for the organization.
