CISCO: Trade Agreements Act (TAA) Overview
The US Federal Government is Cisco’s largest customer in the world – by a large margin. So, ensuring that Cisco is compliant with the US Trade Agreements Act (TAA) is imperative to the ongoing stability and viability of Cisco’s business and that of its sales partners.
This course provides an overview of Cisco’s business with the US Federal Government and the ramifications of TAA non-compliance. Included are an overview of the TAA, an explanation of designated and undesignated countries, and a discussion related to Cisco’s supply chain management and prioritization concerns.
The course also covers the objectives, processes, and results of recent TAA audits conducted by Cisco with a discussion of improvements and next steps.
