Q1 2022 Technical Accounting Update

Q1 2022 has come to a close and the economic unrest we’ve experience since the onset of COVID-19 in March of 2020 continues. As these issues continue to evolve, the accounting profession and all related regulatory bodies are keeping a close eye on the horizon to provide guidance on how issues are impacting the accounting profession. This update provides a high-level overview of the economy and geopolitical issues impacting the profession during Q1 2022 as well as an overview of highlight of the accounting regulatory bodies.
