In this course we explore the opportunities available to foster positive change and deliver individual and organizational growth postcrisis. This leads to a conversation about the different types of growth that can lead to positive changes for individuals and the wider organization including cognitive growth, emotional growth, social growth, economic growth, moral growth, systemic capacity and crisis management resources.
Then we explore the opportunity for learning from the crisis to reduce organizational vulnerabilities and strengthen the organizational response to opportunities and threats in the future. This course serves to examine how leaders can fix systemic organizational issues and rebuild organizational resources post crisis contributing to a more sustainable future for the organization.
