Developing a Change Toolkit – Implementation
In this course we will discuss how fully implementing change programs often take longer than expected and the factors necessary for effective organizational change. We will start with a brief overview of the factors that affect implementation including the iterative sequence of activities that need to reflect on, review and improve the change effort.
This leads to a conversation about the importance of creating meaningful change and supporting individuals to make sense of the change taking place. Then we will explore how to put into action change at an organizational-wide, team, and/or individual level. This course will serve to examine a range of change management tools and techniques available to support organizational change within the organization.
