Description
In this course we provide valuable information about how Human Resource (HR) managers play one of the most critical roles in helping employees through the change process. Â
We begin by reviewing what ‘strategic change management’ is and the value it can bring to organizational performance. We then develop a discussion on the methods and procedures of strategic change management, including the impact that organizational design, structures, and relationships have on operational effectiveness. This leads to a conversation of how to recognize and influence underlying dynamics and strategic decisions in order to respond to chaotic and complex situations. Â
The course examines change management through the application of strategic change management methods and a systems-led approach.Â
