Zombie Excel: Reclaim Forgotten Features

In this course Excel instructor David H. Ringstrom, CPA, shines a light on some forgotten, but not lost, features of Excel. David helps you resurrect features that you may have thought were gone from Excel, or in other cases confirms your suspicions.

You’ll also see how many users inadvertently transform even the latest version of Excel into a zombie state with disabled features by using an obsolete worksheet format. You’ll also see how to avoid incorporating features that will work in Office 365 but that will turn into zombies in any other version of Excel.

David demonstrates every technique at least twice: first, on a PowerPoint slide with numbered steps, and second, in Excel 2019. He draws your attention to any differences in Excel 2016, 2013, or 2010 during the presentation as well as in his detailed handouts. David also provides an Excel workbook that includes most of the examples he uses during the webcast.
