Mentor Training

At CNM, we value your career and your success, and as part of our current 5-year strategic initiative, are expanding our employee engagement initiatives. One of those initiatives is our Mentor Program, which helps us develop and guide our people through pairing them together in mentoring relationships.

In this course, you will be taken through the Mentor Program structure and will review your role and the expectations for you as a Mentor and Mentee. Additionally, you will learn about the CNM Employee Engagement Initiative that lead to the creation of the Mentoring program, and receive some helpful tips on boundary-setting, being a supportive mentor, and effective two-way communication.
