INTUIT: Introduction to Offering Design & Management “ODM”

This Introduction to Offering Design & Management course provides clarity on the mission, roles and responsibilities of the ODM team. In this course we describe ODM’s function in the Go to Market process and the organizational structure of the team. We also provide a detailed example of an item setup request and the corresponding process flow.
