Dealing with Challenging People

This course is designed to help you to think differently in the way you communicate and deal with people who are tough to work, communicate, and simply deal with. It includes a variety of approaches to consider as you prepare for interactions with people and personality types that are challenging for you.

Individuals who are challenging may have difficult personalities and challenge you because of your approach to communicating with them. This course looks at a variety of challenging personalities and provides you with strategies and tools for overcoming, ignoring, or simply tolerating those individuals as you work to communicate and influence them.
