In this course we examine the golden triangle of cost, quality and time to evaluate the challenges and risks that evolve in Business Operations Management. We start with a brief overview of the five main sources of competitive advantage; cost advantage, improve quality, time to market, product differentiation and service differentiation. This leads to a conversation about how to deliver performance by coordinating business operations components and the actors involved. Then we explore how to remain competitive and aligned where the threat of uncertainty is very high. This course serves to help business operations remain responsive in managing uncertainty.
