Active Project Management Training

At CNM, we value your career and your success, and as part of our current 5-year strategic initiative, are expanding our employee engagement initiatives. One of those initiatives is the role and processes involved in Active Project Management.

This training is designed to familiarize all Project Managers with the newly enhanced functions within Upland, to include timesheet approval, expense approval, and invoice approval at the Project Manager level. Additionally, this training will serve as a refresher for the Project Lifecycle processes (Strategic Filters, Client Acceptance, Par Form, Project Creation, Task Codes, etc).

The topic for this session was developed and delivered by our Operations team. The Ops team is continually making process improvements and changes and we look forward to your feedback from this course.
