This course provides an overview of the positive stakeholder relationships and adaptable infrastructure need to plan, prepare and know where resources are and the relationships you need in the event of a crisis occurring. We start with a brief overview of crisis preparation needed to identify key stakeholders who in the context of a crisis could escalate the crisis, help in its resolution, or are affected by its effects. Then we explore how to utilize positive stakeholder relationships as a resource for support in the resolution of the crisis.

This course serves to examine a range of ways an organization can create a crisis management infrastructure and form and build a crisis management team.
