Eric Sundheim is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA). He has been engaged as an expert witness in valuation and damages. His work has been published in premier valuation journals and he is a reviewer for the Business Valuation Review. Mr. Sundheim holds security clearances from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). He has completed more than 450 valuations for the purpose of stock option issuance, fair value for financial reporting (monte carlo warrant valuation, purchase price allocation), mergers & acquisitions, divorce, gift & estate, and transfer pricing. Mr. Sundheim served on ASA NorCal's Board of Directors. He is based in San Jose, CA and serves clients around the world.
