Vice President of Investor Relations : RadioShack Corporation - [2008-08 to 2009-07]
Developed an investor relations plan for RadioShack’s new executive management team. Increased the price/earnings multiple despite overall stock market decline. Improved the flow of information with the financial community and accessibility of management. Broadened exposure with the financial community through small group and one-on-one meetings. Managed through a downside earnings surprise.

Vice President of Investor Relations : Longs Drug Stores - [2003-07 to 2008-03]
Developed Longs’ first strategic investor relations plan. Increased the liquidity of common shares and nearly tripled our market cap. Achieved a better mix of institutional shareholders via aggressive targeting and prospecting program. Broadened exposure with the financial community through investor conferences, small group and one-on-one meetings. Improved investors’ understanding of our challenges and prospects for growth. Achieved message continuity in SEC documents, speeches, news releases, and media interviews. Doubled our sell side research coverage. As primary investor contact, maintained investor confidence after a downside earnings surprise, the unexpected departure of chief operating officer (twice), introduction of the Medicare drug benefit, store dispositions and four consecutive years of weak comparable sales trends. Developed this electronic coponents and mid-range computer system distributor’s first strategic investor relations plan, including a targeting and prospecting program. Increased trading volume and achieved a more appropriate mix of institutional investors that matched our investment characteristics. Increased research coverage and our exposure with the financial community. Established Pioneer’s first disclosure policy. Improved quality and continuity of information company-wide including SEC documents, speeches, news releases, media interviews, and employee communications. Published award winning annual report.
