Leadership & "soft skills" are often the most overlooked and underdeveloped skills in mid-level management, and they are also the hardest to master.  The ability to connect with and interact effectively with others is key to being an effective leader, and yet these skills aren't nurtured until it's too late.  At Erin Daiber Coaching & Consulting, our focus is on helping our clients to develop powerful leaders who can take their organization to the next level through coaching & training.

Erin is passionate about bringing coaching and intentional leadership to the business world. Her full time coaching practice focuses on supporting emerging leaders to win in their professional and personal lives, improve productivity, and to live with a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Her commitment is to bring coaching to organizations of all sizes. She sees coaching as a way to bring authentic and transparent leadership at all levels, and to create connection, team and a united front in pursuit of the organization’s mission.

Erin is a graduate of John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio with a degree in accountancy. She started her career with Ernst & Young San Diego in 2008, where she served in the audit practice. There, she had the opportunity to serve clients and gain exposure in a range of companies from Fortune 500’s to non-profits and start-ups, in a variety of industries. Erin used the experience she gained during her four years at EY and went on to work in financial planning and analysis for a national real estate developer.  Erin is an executive leadership coach in private practice, and the co-founder of Power Up Your Leadership, a two day leadership intensive for Managers and Business Owners.  Erin holds an active CPA license in the state of California. She is a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also an ICF Associate Certified Coach.
