At its core, it serves to support the accomplishment of strategic objectives as defined by the organization. But what if, at its core, performance management focused on the individual and his/her strategic objectives for the year? What might this process look like and how might this approach better serve the organization? This webinar focuses on answering these questions by examining how corporate professionals can create true differentiation while bringing unique value to the “corporate table”.

We will also delve into 5 best practices for professional development and specifically for developing experts across the organization.
