Allison Uyehara is the Senior Manager over the SOX Process Lead team within the FCRM Group at Cisco. She has been with the Company for 13 years, and has held several roles, such as Corporate Controller Group’s Program Manager, SEC Reporting Manager, and US Partner Finance Manager. Prior to Cisco, Allison was an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young for 3.5 years. She is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
